All lenders (including free-tier) pay a one-time success fee only when a matched deal closes and funds. Typical rates: 0.75% – 2% of the funded loan amount. No deal, no fee.
Subscription fees on Pro plans and above are credited against the success fee at closing — subscribing is a deposit on a deal you intend to close, not a separate cost.
